Individually Jay and Emma hail from professional performing careers. They are currently performing for Royal Caribbean International onboard the Brilliance of the Seas.
Jay is well known for his achievements on 2014 So You Think You Can Dance Australia (making it to the Top 4), as well as his versatile career with Opera Australia, performances on The Voice Australia, G.E.M.’s "XXX World Tour", International tours with Samantha Jade, features in the Film Dhoom 3", and most recently as a part of "Mickey's Big Band" in Disneyland Paris.
Emma made her Musical Theatre debut in 2014 in "The King and I" with Opera Australia/Gordon Frost Organisation, later was featured in the TV series "Dance Academy" and the Film "Dance Academy: The Comeback". She, also, plays the role of Rhapsody in the Australian touring cast of "The Fairies" and regularly performs in various shows in Children’s Entertainment including Millennium Entertainment International/Smile Live "Barney Party Series" in Singapore.
Jay and Emma’s training and experience has definitely been a huge influence on JEM Entertainment. Jay trained at Ed5 International (under William Forsythe), graduating in 2012 with a Diploma of Performing Arts, and continued his acting studies at the Actors Centre Australia. Emma trained at the Urdang Academy (UK) in 2012, then furthered her studies at Ev & Bow Full Time (under Sarah Boulter) in 2013, and finally at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), with a Diploma of Musical Theatre in 2015. Their versatile backgrounds have created this unique fusion of movement, allowing them to take on an eclectic range of styles and assisting their creation of entertainment.

Recently, JEM’s work has recently been seen in Bondi Theatre Company's "Margaret Fulton: Queen of the Dessert" where Stage Whispers reviewed "Wonderful choreography". JEM also choreographed Birdie Production’s "Seussical the Musical" where the “[Choreography] was phenomenal.... clean, slick and really gave the show drive”(Theatreview), and Birdie Production's "FAME! the Musical", and JEM Entertainment's very own productions "Once Upon A Time" and "Wish Upon A Star", performed around Sydney in the school holidays in association with Premier Entertainment.
